This is such a great mascara, I'm in love! It provides great length and the curved brush is great for curling upper lashes. The price is just right...
I usually go to covergirl for mascara. The price is always cheap then other brands. But when it comes to the clump crusher they are wrong on that. i find all mascaras are clumpy. But the qualtiy is good for long lasting wear
This is like the toned down version of the lashblast in the orange tube. I really like this mascara, it separates and defines really well, combs my lashes into place, and you can actually put on a ton of coats without it clumping up. I do find that I like the wand of the original lashblast more, as it is rubbery (this one is plastic), so I feel like the original one gives more volume with each swipe. This one would probably give you a natural look. With the lashblast I am able to put on like 5 coats of mascara before it starts to clump, but you can go to town with this one. This would probably be a great contender for the 100 coats of things challenge, as it is resistant to clumping. If you like separated, defined and combed out eyelashes that are buildable, then I would recommend this mascara. It might not give very big lashes unless you really work at it, but the result is quite good.
If I had to chose my favorite CoverGirl mascara, it would be this one. This mascara does what it says. My lashes don't clump up, which is a problem I have with other drugstore mascaras. This product is part of my daytime look. It's not super dramatic but very easy to wear.
Upon buying this mascara, my expectations were low, due to my past experiences with CoverGirl makeup. After using it, I can say that this is the best drugstore mascara. In fact, it's better than a lot of higher end mascaras I've used. The brush is awesome, it has small rubber bristles which are great at separating your lashes. The actual product is very smooth, doesn't flake throughout the day, builds beautifully, and despite the mascara not being waterproof, I've never had it run or smudge on me. I would recommend this mascara to both makeup newbies, and veterans alike.
The only criticism is that I do feel that it is a bit expensive for a drugstore mascara ($10.00+). That being said, it is well worth it.
Cover Girl came through again with their clump crusher lash blast collection. I don't wear a lot of make up but mascara is a must! Cover Girl is my Go-to for quality and price as well as I love that they have a wide range of mascara's for each look I want to create. With clump crusher you get longer lashes and no clump brush is amazing!
One of the best mascaras I've used...and I've tried them all, high end and drugstore. Nothing separated and fans lashes like this does...it won't add a ton of volume but you could always layer another mascara on top...but I have lots of long lashes and nothing separates and makes them look as beautiful as this!!
The bigger wand makes it a bit harder to get into every individual lash (so use a smaller brush coupled with this for maximum effect.) I did find my lashes to look longer and more volume than I could imagine. The formula did not irritate my eyes and it's safe to use if you have contacts.
I love his mascara! I've tried many kinds at all price points and I seem to have the same problems with all of them except this one. I have long lashes so most mascaras will smudge below my eyes throughout the day from just blinking. This is the only non-waterproof mascara I've ever found that stays put but is easy to wash off at the end of the day. It makes my lashes look great and can't beat the price
This is a hit-or-miss for me but overall, it's just an average mascara.
The product inside is thicker than your average mascara, and although it claims to be a "Clump Crusher" the product dries out quickly and you begin to get "Clumps" after just a few uses but initially, the mascara is fine until it begins to dry out. I also feel the mascara dries and flakes on your lashes within just a few hours as the product gets older. It does not give you a dark or dramatic look and isn't a mascara I would recommend for a nighttime look but would be ideal for a natural, daytime look or for somebody just beginning to use mascara.
The brush is small which makes it easy to apply evenly and throughout all your lashes and get close to your inner corner. It is a little hard though because the plastic, and I do get some irritation when I try to apply too closely to the root near my lid, I need to be careful not to press too hard. I do experience this with the majority of CoverGirl mascara brushes and wands.
It is very cheap though, and I feel it works great as a "base" mascara. It does lose its quality within a few weeks and although it is inexpensive to replace, it would get costly to do repeatedly just to get a decent mascara look.
