Within an hour of receiving this product I was using it. The product was high quality and just as the picture described, right down to the red bag to keep them in! I prefer the glass nail files instead of the ones you can buy everywhere else ,because they tend to last longer. The first time I saw a glass nail file and tried it I was in love, this product will not break. I did drop it last night on the concrete outside to make sure and it didn't have any scratches or chips in it. You will be very pleased with this purchase.
