Works on small paint projects

I received this product for free from @thisisbutterly and @dapcanada to try in exchange for my honest opinion.
I used it this past weekend for a small project. I had to refinish and paint the ceiling in the washroom. It works well and is easy to use and clean up. The only thing is that I would not say it is very waterproof.

I recently used DAP Alex Plus Caulk for a bathroom project, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. Easy to Apply!

The Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone was the perfert product to use on my moms bathroom remodel. We put in new tiles and a new bath tub, and had to caulk around the edges. The tube was really easy to apply, and was able to seal the spots it needed to and it's perfect that it's waterproof as it's just what I need for this space. One benefit it has that I didn't necessarily need for my project, but is a nice to have, is that you can paint over it in 30 minutes. While the substance is very sticky, it was surprisingly easy to clean up thereafter! - Product gifted by DAP.

Smooth finish, quick dry!

Excited to try the #DAP Alex plus acrylic latex caulk! Our tub edges need some love and freshening up and nothing
Looks as fresh as smooth caulking to really make the edges pop! This product has added silicone and is waterproof, dries in 30 minutes and can be painted over to really create smooth finishes. Great Product

Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk

I recently used the Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone for some home repairs, and overall, I'm impressed. The caulk applies smoothly, dries quickly, and remains flexible after curing. It works well for both interior and exterior use, and I appreciated how easy it was to paint over once dry. The only minor downside is the drying time could be a bit faster for larger applications, but it still dries to the touch in under 30 minutes. Decent Product from a Reputable Brand

I received this product free from Dap through Butterly, to review. I used it on an indoor project. I found it a little thin compared to other caulks, but it flowed well and was easy to use. It didn’t have a strong odour at all. Cleanup was very easy, compared to other caulks. It was not paintable in 30 minutes. It was barely setting up, but humidity in the area probably slowed that down. I’m looking forward to a flexible waterproof seal.
