I really liked the Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone because it’s fast drying and smooth. It was very durable when it cured. I use it for all of accent walls. Baseboards, trim, windows and doors. The best part is is that it is paintable!

Great look & Easy Application

This caulk worked very well for my project. It applied smoothly and driplessly using a dripless caulking gun. I had enough time to correct errors but it still dried quickly. The final result looks clean and bright and has held up perfectly over the past several weeks. Definitely a product I will use again!

Covering the gaps

I got this tube of Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicon in White free from DAP and Butterly. As an acrylic latex I think it is the perfect choice to use for caulking around the inside of my door. It will provide a draft free lock. Its low odor, dries quick, paintable, and waterproof. Its also going to last 40yrs. I found it to be really easy to use with the caulking gun as its flexible to get an easy flow stream without mess. Now the door is ready for all seasons. #gotitfree

We were very excited to do a review of Dap Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Plus Silicone Caulk because we have been using this for our construction company for years! We have built over 200 plus homes in NS and this is the caulk sealer we use! It is durable and long lasting! It dries in 30 minutes! The added silicone makes it flexible! And it can be painted over! It provides a waterproof seal! I now have my own tube on hands for those moments for when I get tired of waiting for someone else to do it! It is so easy to use anyone can use it. I use this to seal baseboards , trim around windows and in the bathroom around trim. Everywhere!! I highly recommend this product!!We love Dap !!!! Great product and easy to use

I received this product from butterly for free in exchange for my honest review. This latex caulk is super easy to use. I had old Caulking around my windows that needed to be redone. I got a silicone scraper and got it all cleaned of and applied this and use my Caulking tool to smooth it out and it looks like new again. Super happy with this product and will definitely be buying from products from this brand.
