took forever to come in, they were not very helpful, not available in thr colours we wanted even though ti was advertised as so, snotty salespeople, etc.

Tons of Selection of dresses. They pretty much have every style, and the prices are pretty great. I found this was the easiest place to get all the same style dress that fit ALL of my bridesmaids, and they had all the colours i wanted as well. It is a good one stop shop. I don't have a lot of patience for looking around 100 different stores, and as a bonus, they have stores all over so bridesmaids that lived far away could make appointments and go in and try on the dress themselves where they lived. Its very convenient for everyone.

Davids Bridal has the worst customer care I have ever seen.

I brought my bridesmaids to get measured and try on their dresses at the Davids Bridal in Hamilton. First the people at the front checking us in completely ignored us until I walked right up to the post. Second, person helping us was helping everyone else and frequently disappeared leaving us constantly waiting to get her attention for a minute at a time. Third, four of us had to share one dressing room, why did we make an appointment?.

Once everyone was measured and the rep wrote down the sizes and we were able to pay.

A couple of weeks later two of the four dresses come in and we are now told that we need to pick the dresses up within 7 days. This is information we should have been given when we ordered as we mentioned we are all from out of town. Finally after two calls to Davids Bridal and they said they have a free shipping promotion on and they shipped them. At this point I was relieved and thought everything would go smoothly now.

I WAS WRONG! The two dresses come in and one is 3 sizes too big! What is the point of measuring someone if you are not going to order their size? Obviously they are scamming you into getting alterations. I could have guessed her size myself and saved a trip. The dress wouldn’t even stay on their body, it would just fall completely off.

My bridesmaid calls the customer service line and they tell her that she has three options. 1. This style doesn’t usually fit without alterations, so you could do alterations. 2. You can order another size but it still will not fit. 3. You can choose a different style. IF this dress was NOT going to fit her why would they let her order it? Perhaps some product knowledge training would have avoided this?

The second dress is sewn completely crooked. The zipper is off and the ribbon around the waist is completely off. After the first call we did not even try to call the store, clearly they do not care about their customers or their quality.

So far, I am mortified and disgusted by the service given through this location and through the customer service line. I am horrified by the quality and the trickery that David’s Bridal sells. I am also terrified about the other 2 dresses I am yet to receive.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME. If you are considering going to Davids Bridal you will have better luck at WALMART.

David's bridal is okaaayy. They do carry some nice styles and some good prices but you have to look. Walking in the store feels very sub par and some of the sections look kind of grimy... some of the sample dresses are in rough shape but if you have an open mind and are looking for a deal... its worth checking out

I really disliked my experience at David's bridal.
I was in a wedding party in September 2015 and this store was our first stop.
The other bridesmaids and I had picked out a variety of dresses to try on.
There were tons of options but most of the ones I liked the best were not
available to order in bulk. :( The lady who was assigned to help us was
quite useless. She was helping two other groups with dressing rooms
right next to us. I didn't understand the point of having an appointment when
we still had to wait around for assistance. Also, very few sizes to try on in
each dress. I had to be clamped into every single one of them. It was very
difficult to actually see how the dress would wear on my figure.
Extremely disappointed with the south side location in Edmonton, Alberta.

Amazing store with tons of variety and great prices! Went here to find a dress to wear to a formal wedding and ended up liking a few which made it hard to decide. Everyone who works there are super helpful and very pleasant!

David's bridal has so many beautiful dresses to choose from and have great prices for those future brides and bridesmaids

David's Bridal has some gorgeous bridesmaids dresses that can be worn for other occasions. However, they are on the pricey side..

They have a lot of nice dresses to choose from. My bridesmaids got a really nice dress from here for my wedding and it was only 120 dollars which isn't bad.

If you want a well made fashion quality dress, this is the place to go,the dresses are beautiful, great selection but very pricey
