It costs $1.00 and honestly it's the best eyebrow brush i've ever used, I have no idea why but it seems softer than others ones but does the job just as well if not better without hurting my skin.
I use it daily, it's such a great price. and definately not as flimsy as it looks, a lot sturdier than others.
