The ELF Perfecf finish HD powder is AMAZING! It works perfectly and translucently with any makeup to give the face a matte finish. I personally use it only as a primer with a bit of concealer and brow powder and my face is flawless all day long. Amazing price point and perfect product keeps me coming back over and over again.
