I received this product as a sample. I was pretty excited to try it since I've read good things. The other flavours may be great and I'm willing to try other flavours, but the grape flavour is one of the absolute worst things I've ever tasted. I can't fully speak for the effectiveness because, I'm still drinking it.... The taste is just so horrid I felt like I needed to review it. I have been sick and in a lot of pain all day, which is why I decided to drink it, and do think I may be starting to feel a bit better, but that may just be wishfull thinking.
