A Crunchy Little Luxury: Ensō Granola Review

I recently received the cacao nib & hazelnut granola from Ensō, and I genuinely loved it.
Made in Canada with clean, real ingredients — this blend hits the perfect balance of crunch, subtle sweetness, and that earthy, chocolatey vibe from the cacao nibs.

What stood out to me:

- It’s not overly sweet (thankfully).
- The texture is super satisfying — crunchy but not hard.
- It works great as a standalone snack, but also pairs well with almond milk for a quick cereal moment.

Also… the packaging is gorgeous. Minimal, modern, and pantry-shelf worthy. If you’re into wholesome snacks that feel a little elevated — this one’s worth trying.

Ok so i am obsessed with this granola.. i am busy mama of a little one and this is my go to breakfast and snack at the moment.. love how it is filled with the best ingredients without spiking my sugar! Would recommend it a 100 percent!

One of the best granolas that I have had

Absolutely loved this granola!!! I could really taste the thought and care that went into this small batch flavoured granola. To me it had perfect sweet & salty flavour with a variety of textures. Did not find this granola to be bitter at all. As a holistic nutritionist I also appreciate the quality of ingredients- highly recommend and can’t wait to try the other flavours.

It’s so yummy

I found this granola to be really yummy! The cacao and hazelnut flavour is perfect for my Greek yogurt bowl (I did not find the cacao bitter whatsoever). I also love that you can use this granola for various recipes (snack ball).

This vegan granola is packed with clean and fresh ingredients like oats, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut flakes & cacao nibs with only 3g of sugar per 30g!

Rolled it up with:

✨ Homemade red bean paste
✨ Homemade unsweetened cashew matcha butter
✨ A whole banana

The texture is everything. Soft and creamy on the inside, with a golden, nutty crunch on every bite thanks to the granola. So easy, so satisfying, and totally guilt-free.

Crunch with the perfect level of Sweetness

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical when I heard it was slightly bitter, but to me? It's not bitter at all.
It actually has the perfect balance of flavors : sweet, rich, and so satisfying.

The smell alone is enough to make you crave it. It’s got that cozy, chocolatey aroma but without feeling heavy or too sweet.
And the add-ons? Love them. The crunchy hazelnuts, coconut flakes, raisins, cocoa nibs... everything comes together to make every bite interesting and full of texture.

Even my toddler can't get enough.

This is now officially my go-to snack for busy mom moments, work breaks, and snack time with my little one.

Lazy girl breakfast hack

As someone who is super lazy ,tired and always confused about breakfast for the next day ,Enso Granola (Cacao Nib and Hazelnut was a total game changer .From the moment I opened the packet , its rich aroma hit me first-so inviting .Then came the taste -so crunchy ,not overly sweet which I totally loved.

To satisfy my cravings and my breakfast I paired it up with yogurt and fruits and my taste buds reached another level and the best part my healthy breakfast was ready in a minute. Enso Granola is my go to snack for summer breakfast and I would highly recommend.

Elevated my breakfast bowl—so satisfying!

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this flavour, but I ended up loving it way more than I thought I would. I added it to my breakfast bowl with yogurt, chia seeds, hemp hearts, fruit, and coconut, and it took everything up a notch. The mix of cacao nibs, hazelnuts, and oats gave just the right amount of crunch, and I really liked the salty-sweet balance. It had this deep, slightly bitter cocoa flavour that made it feel like a treat—especially this time of the month when I’m craving something a little chocolatey but still nourishing.

I love that it’s Canadian-made, plant-based, and not overly sweet. Totally something I’ll keep reaching for when I want a snack that actually fills me up and tastes good.

Delicious and crunchy

I loved the flavour of this granola. The hazelnuts were a great addition! I enjoyed the crunch of this granola alongside my yogurt. I'd be interested in trying the other flavours.
