I have used Equate's Adults Woman's Formula Mutivitamin daily for years now. it is very effect. It helps me get the stuff I need that I don't get from not eating properly. :)

Equate Multiple Vitamin and Iron tablets are ok. I have been recently using them daily. It been a few months and i have notice no real improvement since taking them. I do understand that vitamins are difficult to review. I did expect to see improvement in energy which i didnt see at all. I wouldnt recommend this product as there are better quality and name brands for the same price.
