EsopH® Acid-Reflux Therapy contains Chondroitin Sulfate and Hyaluronic Acid to help relieve heart burn and acid reflux.

I used EsopH® as needed, which was at least once most days, but not everyday. It can be taken up to 4 times per day, or as directed by your doctor.

It comes in individual sachets that are pretty convenient to throw in your bag if you're on the go when heartburn hits. However, all that extra packaging is not very eco friendly.

It is a slightly thick liquid that should be sipped slowly to help it coat the esophagus. The taste is overly sweet, and not great in my opinion.

I have been experiencing heart burn and acid reflux for as long as I can remember. It has always been something I struggle with depending on the food I eat. Apples in particular cause me great pain to eat, but I love them. I was excited to try EsopH® in hopes that it would work better than my current antacid.

Although I did get some relief from the acid reflux, it felt strange. It was almost like a barrier preventing the acid from rising. It felt like I needed to burp, but I couldn't. Eventually a little acid made it's way up, but it wasn't as bad as when I don't take anything and EsopH® was about as effective as my regular antacid for the heart burn.

Not for me

I took the therapy 20days straight. I follow the instructions, and saw almost no difference. I don't know if it's the placebo effect or not but one or two days the reflux were a bit milder. The problem is I don't have reflux necessarily everyday.

Handy Acid-Reflux Packs

These acid reflux therapy individual pouches provide an easy option for relief. While my symptoms improved slightly, I still experienced some discomfort. The taste is not that great, as it does taste quite medicinal. The treatment was easy to follow, and I didn’t notice any major side effects, which was a plus. However, the pouches aren’t as effective as I hoped and the relief wasn’t as consistent as I wanted. Overall, it’s a decent option, but it may not work equally well for everyone.

Interesting Product!

I was excited to try this product that I got for free. I am always looking for something to help my acid reflux/heartburn, and was super stoked when I was chosen for this test. EsopH is an interesting product, and being a liquid, I thought it would be great. After taking the first few times, it finally seemed to provide some relief. I followed the recommended directions, so was surprised it took so long to start working. While it did provide some relief during the trial period, I di not find that it worked as well as other products I have used in the past.

Tasted great…didn’t work as well as I had hoped!

I was really hoping this product would work for me. Unfortunately, it didn’t work at completely removing my symptoms. Maybe with extended usage, the product would be more effective.

Good but taste is weird

I loved the effectiveness of this . Packing is great and it was just the taste that was hard to get over. I was glad to try before I bought again. I will buy again hope there a different flavour

A lot of work

I find this product odd. You have to take one before and after every meal every day. That’s putting a lot into your body everyday. The taste is ok and not horrible

review of acid reflux remedy

📢 From time to time I receive free product from @thisisbutterly in exchange for an honest review on social media. This is one of those posts.

✅ This time I have been trying out EsopH @esoph.ca which is an acid reflux therapy that claims to help relieve heartburn & protect the esophagus from stomach acid.

The instructions are to take it 4x a day (after each meal & before bed). I had no idea it was a liquid in the packet, and to SIP it slowly. I honestly thought it was a powder and was confused with the don’t dilute with water instruction.

It’s an oil like consistency (see the video clip in this post), tastes like a diluted cough syrup with a slight odor of lemon. And it leaves a slimy like after texture in the mouth.

To be honest, haven’t noticed any difference in the last week. I get acid reflux due to me standing in the doorway of menopause so I’m not sure if this is the right product for me. And to date only pickle juice alleviates it.

Taking this only gave me extreme burps for a while after wards – and burps don’t help the acid reflux. And if you are trying to cut down on the single use plastics in your life, this isn’t helping with that.

I encourage you to check them out if you have acid reflux & do some research to see if this product is right for you.

My experience was ok, but would’ve preferred an easy to swallow pill/capsule instead, My throat felt a slight numbing sensation, which helped ease heartburn. I wish the packaging was more eco-friendly and not single use extra packaging

Weird taste

Although I am sure this works for others, however I found that I had more heartburn with taking it. I didn’t like the taste of it either. I will continue to use it, but maybe I will only take it once a day at night to see if that makes a difference.
