Tasty but not really wings

I love to make buffalo cauliflower wings at home but when I saw that Field Roast had their version, I was excited to try it. The shape is more like nuggets and the texture is more chewy seitan rather than flaky. The taste also remind me more of sausage rather than a wing. I did however really find the coating very tasty and had a wonderful crunch, however it was more like a sausage rather than a wing.
