Crispy tasty snacks

We love these dipped in sweet Thai pepper sauce. They are so crispy and tasty. They are a little oily when you take them out of the oven but it 'goes away' quickly. As someone else mentioned, there isn't a lot of shrimp but you can taste it and the whole basil leaves are nice. They are a regular in our freezer.

So good I drove 50 km to get them!

I sampled these at an event in Toronto and that tiny 1/3 of a roll was great. But, I was thinking there was no way the at-home product was going to live up to it. So after finding out none of the stores in my area were carrying these yet I drove 50 km to the next major city to find some. I am thrilled to say it was worth it! Basil is absolutely packed into this roll to give it such a fresh flavour. I really love the thinner long style of spring roll, it give a great balance of crunch and filling. The only tiny detail for me is that there could be more flavour of shrimp since it is a shrimp spring roll.
