Had skin breakouts after using it

To be honest I didn't purchased this item, I got it as a gift and the person who gave me this has never used so she thought it was a good deal.
It doesnt have a strong smell and the texture is different. I thought itwas really goodat first since it's winter and my skin was very very dry, but after a few days using it I had breakouts in my cheeks and forehead. I thought that maybe my skin was just adapting to the cream so I gave it a few more days and still had the breakouts so I decided to stopp using it.
It's a shame it didn't work for my skin.
