Taste like fish but isn't fish

I was surprised this taste exactly like fish, but it's the skin that tastes like fish. It cooked differently from the toaster oven compared to a oven. I prefer the oven, it was more crispy.

Always in freezer

I always have this product in my freezer, when the timing is just right and coleslaw and tortilla's are on sale, the fish taco's come out! And they are amazing! Don't miss fish at all! Great product and flavour.
