Huge waste of money

These bags are so thin they rip just opening them up to put it into the bin. To take out my compost I needed to layer 3 bags just so I wouldn't have a mess all the way out the door and they still broke. While having a compostable bag is great having one that falls apart before anything is even in it is useless.

Amazing bags to use for your compostable garbage!

These bags are amazing! They are great for compost and you don’t get any horrible smells. Helps motivate you to keep composting. Also helps when you throw garbage into the green bin and keeps everything smelling fresh. I find something else that has also helped is throwing used paper towel/Kleenex or shredded paper at the bottom of the bag to soak up any liquid/juices. Not necessary but helps!

These easy to use bags are handy to deal with kitchen garbage they deodorize my kitchen and because of size are easy to throw out normal amount of trash
I don’t have to wait to put kitchen trash away

I mean, they’re bags

Not much to say, They’re bags and they do work, they hold things and can be composted. The smell isn’t bad with them but we’ve never used anything else so I don’t have much of a comparison

Wonderful product

I am so happy I tried the Glad 100% Compostable Bags! My family and I love them! We had tried so many different bags for our small compost bin and we didn't like any of them, but these ones are wonderful. It kept the smell at bay, was easy to put in our bin, and easy to take out. It didn't leak, but it did have a little sweating going on in the bin, but there was no mess to clean up or anything. This is such a great options for people who compost as part of a municipal composting program. thank you Glad for this great product, I highly recommend it and I will be buying it in the future.

Could barely use half.

Organic waste smells and is very messy. I was tempted by these bags assuming a brand name would have sturdier bags and scentes nicely.
The small organics bags did offer a noticeable and pleasant smell, half the bags completely ripped when openening them to fit in the bin. Half. The box was wasted as they became flat plastic sheets. Very dissapointed.

Our go to bags

It is great because the opening is on the side of the bag the wide part. Many are hard to open or the opening isn't big enough so it slips off whenever food is placed inside. This one stays in place great

Good compostable bags!

They city that I live in just started a new waste program so I have to buy this kind of bags. In my opinion they are a bit expensive but they work good. They are really strong, I haven’t had any leakage problem but I don’t see them helping much with the odour. Also I would like to be able to find boxes with different quantities not just 2 choices, at least at my local grocery stores we just get 2 kinds. Anyway, yeah I recommend them, better than other brands.
