So as far as apple cider vinegar gummy goes this one rates pretty high. The taste is lovely, texture is normal. This product did help with my heartburn but i did have to take it everyday. The only negative is that once the bottle is open they will go stale/hard if not used within 30 days. Its worth it if your looking to add apple cider vinegar to your diet.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice any health improvements, but they taste great. I haven't gotten any no ews of changes by my Dr., so not sure if I would buy them. Thank you for the free opportunity to try them.

As a medical professional, I am always weary about the touted medical benefits of such products, including their claims of immune support, boosting metabolism and heart health, but I was willing to give it a try.
The taste of apple cider vinegar definitely comes through but not as strong as the liquid. These also contain a significant amount of sugar, so not a particularly healthy option. There were no actual noticeable benefits after using the entire container.
Save your money, eat a balance, diet and exercise regularly instead!

Tastes great, but has sugar

I really enjoyed these gummies. They taste great, nice texture. I actually felt like they were improving my gut health. I also felt like even the whites of my eyes were brighter. The only thing I didn't like was that they contain sugar. As a person who really doesn't eat sugar, it will stop me from purchasing.

This is SO much better than taking a shot of apple cider vinegar, there is no doubt about this. I have loved adding ACV to wellness arsenal for years but taking a shot of it is not pleasant. These gummies are truly yummy! And super easy to remember to take. Great price on top of that

Easy way to get your ACV

These gummies are a wonderful way to get in your daily apple cider vinegar. They’re big gummies but soft and easy to chew. The flavour is very strongly strawberry and hides the ACV well! Definitely a new addition to my vitamin and supplements line up!

I was very excited to try Goli Apple Vinegar gummies but I was disappointed when I saw the ingredient list. I find the product has alot of added sugars. 4g which is equivalent to 1 teaspoon in two gummies. The product is sweet and it does have a hint of apple cider vingear flavour but definetely better than doing ACV shots. Since I am taking my health a bit more seriously, it won't be something I would add into my supplement rotation at this time.

Helps with diet goal

Apple cider vinegar has been effective in curbing my appetite, which supports my overall diet goals.
I dont feel hungry everytime and I dont feel like craving for sugar and sweets.
