Unfortunately, I didn't notice any health improvements, but they taste great. I haven't gotten any no ews of changes by my Dr., so not sure if I would buy them. Thank you for the free opportunity to try them.

Convenient

Definitely a convenient way to introduce apple cider vinegar to any diet. Has a lot of great health claims but I'm not sure if the result is very noticeable for me. Smelled quite like vinegar when I opened the bottle, but the taste is fine.

Tastes great, but...

I received a 60 quantity bottle (half the displayed size on Costco.ca). Having 3 gummies a day the bottle lasted 20 days. They taste delicious! But I wish the sugar content wasn't so high. After the 20 days I didn't notice any change. But I know there are benefits of have ACV daily.

No noticeable effects after a week

Apple cider vinegar has a pungent, sour, and tart taste which is probably why Goli has included sweeteners. The gummies are only slightly tart and quite sweet in my opinion. I have been taking 1-2 gummies a day for the past week but haven’t noticed any noticeable differences in how I feel.

Tasty and Convenient, But Results May Vary

I love the taste of these gummies — much easier to take than liquid apple cider vinegar. They're gentle on the stomach and have a nice apple flavor. I appreciate the added B12 too! However, after finishing the bottle, I didn’t notice a major difference in energy or digestion like I hoped. Still a good option if you're looking for a simple way to get ACV into your routine.

Great Taste - too much sugar

I really liked the taste (impressive) and could tell the apple cider vinegar was legitimate and strong. I wish the sugar content was way lower. If a sugar alternative could have been used perhaps. But I would repurchase.

Plastic taste

I was not impressed by this product. The gummies are all stuck together and they really taste like plastic. I would rather take a shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning

Tasty but unsure

The apple cider gummies are yummy, I like the texture and flavour. I don’t know what difference they are supposed to have… I’m still giving it a shot to look for long term effects

Tangy But Manageable

I saw these at Costco and was super intrigued. As someone who used to do apple cider vinegar shots every morning this definitely piqued my interest. When I first opened them the smell of apple cider vinegar was STRONG. When I first tried one the taste of apple cider vinegar was STRONG. A couple weeks in and both the smell and taste are less overpowering although definitely still there. Overall I haven’t noticed a ton of improvement in my skin or digestion so likely won’t rush out to buy more.

Can be a good supplement

The first few days of taking this product I had already noticed some suppression in appetite which is what I looked forward to. I had taken the recommended dose at first but after the first week I noticed my bloating wasn’t going away and I would feel a bit more nauseous so I had either taken one gummy or skipped a day. I feel like not taking these everyday worked best for me but this also had no significant change on my overall health. I think this is can be a good addition to other lifestyle changes if you are looking to have weight loss, clear skin or with digestive health. I hated drinking apple cider vinegar because of the taste and smell and while these gummies still have the taste and smell, it’s milder than the liquid. It was still hard for me to eat but grateful it wasn’t as bad as the sweetness masked some of the taste.
