I like to buy these so I can get a nice mix of beans all in one can to make either 6 Bean Salad, or use them in Chili, or Soup.

They are just the same as the Unico brand, but more affordable.

I also like the unsalted, so that I can decide how much salt I want in my recipe. Also, sometimes I just eat them out of the can, or heat them up and eat them. They also are great for mashing to add to burritos. A healthy option to re-fried beans. You can do so many things with these. Google "6 Bean Mix" and you will see tons of ideas.
