Very exciting toy!

I found this toy to be very exciting, even as an adult. The self-hatching egg was such a delight to watch. My only issue is the basket part of the toy is large and the little pieces don't really fit in there anywhere. Other than that, I am thrilled.

Lots of fun

Hatchimals are a lot of fun. We’ve had larger ones in the past and it’s great for delayed gratification. They are so cute and good for multiple of ages. Definitely recommend.

So cute to hatch

These were so cute to "hatch"! It was a little tricky to get the mini waterbottle in, but once we got it placed and squeezed in the water the cute animals popped out. The kids loved it! There was lots of shrieks from excitement. They have been a hit in our house but I will just say the yellow kitty in the front had a very lose head so I did have to take that one away for no one tried to get tempted to put it in their mouth!

Really great when you follow the directions

My daughter was under the impression that you just crack the eggs open. Nope - the instructions say to use the bottle and fill up the eggs and they hatch. Either way the eggs get opened, but with her method there’s a lot more mess. Nevertheless the toy is a lot of fun and will occupy her for some time. There are little pieces (the Hatchimals themselves are tiny), so definitely recommended for at least 3+.

Fun, but quick!!!

I have never seen these in action, so I was excited when I received it as a free product review. My 3-year old was super excited to play with it. He really liked feeding it the bottle and when it hatched he thought that was so cool. With each egg that hatched he said “It’s a cutie!!!” He has already asked for more so he can feed them and watch them hatch. Overall it’s a good product that kids will enjoy and I would definitely consider buying.
