Boring

The toy quality was poor and my child was bored with the toy. It really doesn’t do much and fell apart easily. Not a very exciting toy that can be played with over and over. Over all review is that it is very plain, and not very entertaining for my child.

Fun for a couple minutes

Received this for free in exchange for a review. My son was extremely excited to open this. Easy to figure out, and was fun for about two minutes. It walks around but cant climb over anything. Battery died after about 5 minutes.

Mighty little skitter!

This was a welcome surprise! The packaging was easy to open and with batteries included this Skitter was ready to go, right out of the box. The actual toy is lightweight but great quality. It is easily operated by an on/off switch on the underside of the skitter’s body. It comes with one additional piece required to propel the skitter forward, so don’t forget to insert that into the body of the skitter to work properly. My song and daughter loved following and dancing along with this small, but mighty Skitter! Thanks to Butterly and Spin Master for sending this to me for review!

Kids and parents approved!

My daughter loved that this spider bot is able to crawl across the room, floor and outdoor space. It has light up eyes which makes it cool to sneak around and prank her siblings.
It's a great gift for both boys and girls ages 4-8. This was kid approved and I would definitely recommend!

Moves just like a real bug!

Hex bots by Spin Master really are the masters at making toys move like real bugs! This fun toy skitters around your house wildly, while your child chases it. The colours and quality are definitely what you would expect from Spin Master Toys. It comes in two different colours, we got the green and purple one. It also comes with batteries, so it can be played with right out of the box. This would be perfect for younger children as it did not capture my 10 year olds attention for long. We got this item for free for our honest review.

So much fun for my kids

The kids have been bringing this toy everywhere. They have created obstacles for the spider with other toys. It’s so great for stem. The long legs allow for it to climb easily over building blocks and other things on the floor. It was fun for the kids to build different things and see if the spider can climb over it. It’s has been loads of fun!

Unique and Fun

Out adoptive son is 4 years old and he absolutely adores anything bug related, so what a great idea for a simple toy for a spider-loving child! It's simple and easy for him to play with and he enjoys incorporating the SkitterBot Spider into his pretend play. He also enjoys pretending to scare me with it much to his delight! The way it's designed, it really does work on any terrain. Our son loves setting up his cars and trucks and then having the SkitterBot Spider crawl over everything scaring everyone. It's a fun little toy and unique so adds a bit of mix to his typical car/truck toys.

I received this innovative toy for free. I was excited because my child loves animals, especially spiders. My child was a little afraid of the way the robot moves. However, it is a great design. Another child would love it.

Totally Fun Bot Spider

My nephew totally loved this toy the quality was great! He always breaks his toys so easily but this one stood fast! I would definitely want to try more toys from Spinmaster!

Simple fun

What a simple toy no batteries required fun to play with with kids, but we found our dog absolutely love chasing it around give us a good couple hours of fun!!
