Great for Cold Night Walks

I’ve used many dog leashes, and the Hotti Heated Handle Dog Leash definitely offers some unique features. The heated handle is very helpful during cold-weather walks and keeps my hand comfortably warm. The USB-C rechargeable battery is convenient and lasts through multiple walks.
The 12-foot retractable leash is smooth and feels durable, and the quick-release latch makes it easy to attach. The built-in flashlight and color-changing ring light are useful for added visibility and safety at night.
That said, the leash is a bit bulkier and heavier than standard leashes, which is noticeable over longer walks. I also wish the heating feature had multiple settings to better control the warmth. Overall, it’s a well-made leash with thoughtful features, especially for colder or low-light conditions, but it could be improved with more adjustable heat and a lighter design.

This leash is a game changer!

The Hotti Heated leash is a real game changer! I love the heated Handle and built in flashlight. It makes walking my dog on a cold winter night so much more comfortable. With 2 different heat settings to choose from, I was able to keep my hand feeling warmed without it getting too hot.

Best leash ever!

This is the best leash I have ever used. I was sold at heated handle but I am absolutely obsessed with all the great features like the flash light and the colour changing ring. The reflective leash and LED is great for safety when it is dark out. The handle kept my hands nice and warm on my winter walks. It is honestly the best and if your hands freeze in winter, it's a must try leash. It is also easy to recharge.

The first heated dog leash

I’m so happy I got to try this for free over Christmas . It was tested in both Alberta and northern Ontario and It’s the first time my fingers were warm the entire walk. I really like the ambient lighting feature and it sure draws attention when out in public . My sister wants one and it will make a spectacular present for someone that has everything and you still want to get them something useful

Perfect for Canadian Winters

We absolutely love it. We walk our pup 4 times a day, and over the past few months, this hotti leash has been our best friend. Our pup loves snow and going outside, so having our hands warm isn’t a problem anymore. We recharge it every time we come back and have it ready for the next walk. Do you have cold hands when walking your dog?

I was lucky to try the Hotti Heated Dog Leash for free from Hotti and Butterly in exchange for my honest review!

With winter temperatures hitting -30°C and lower, this leash was a warm welcome (pun intended!)! The Hotti Heated Dog Leash warms your hands during winter walks using integrated heating elements in the handle. The heat feature has two settings to choose from. I found the low setting worked great with my bare hands and I could also feel the warmth through my mitten. I found the high setting was perfect for the frigid days!

The leash also includes: LED lighting for visibility, a built-in flashlight, and rechargeable battery. The LED lighting has several colours to choose from, which makes it fun! The flashlight is aimed perfectly toward the ground so you can see your pup. I found the batterly lasts quite a while in-between charges. It came with a USB-C charging cable.

The leash has reflective material to help with visibility when walking in the darker hours. It can extend to 12 feet and can handle a dog up to 45 pounds. The leash has a retract and lock feature with a push-button operation.

I would caution those with a puppy or a dog with puppy-like energy that is still all over the place on a walk because the lock and unlock button are pretty close to the handle, so I found myself accidentally releasing the leash when I didn't mean to. Once my little guy is trained, I foresee no issues.

Overall, I found that this leash was perfect for walks on cold days and nights!
