Just two sprays and you're good to go!

I was a little skeptical on this at first. I use to take one B12 vitamin a day, but then I came across this spray from the store and I haven't gone back to the pill. This spray is a little odd tasting at first, but you grow to like the flavour of it. I usually take 2 sprays at once to get it over with. But it is a nice quick and effective way to get you B12 in your system to energize you for the day.
