    Used it and it worked my butt. By the second week I saw immediate changes in my abs and butt. Definitely the perfect workout for months time.

    I've known many people who have used it and had great results. I've tried the program and it is alright. Definitely a challenge, and in that way I liked it. I got stronger but didn't see much results in body.
