Time saving delicious ready to eat coconut curry!

So happy that I had the opportunity to try KFI's coconut curry since it's not something I would look at buying. Such a time saving product as it's pretty much ready to eat. All you need to do is add your protein of choice plus any veggies then simmer for 5 minutes & voila! Dinner is served! Even someone like me who isn't big on cooking is able to create a delicious meal with this curry. Simple yet extremely delicious.

Super Quick Delicious Dinner Helper

KFI coconut curry sauce is another amazing, delicious dinner helper. I served mine with cooked chicken and a side of rice. The sauce is a green curry flavour that's not too spicy, but definitely has a little spicy kick. The kids didn't love this one as much of the adults, but next time I will probably add some extra coconut milk to mellow out the spiciness a little bit.
