I have always liked and trusted Kikkoman Brand Soy Sauce's. I think it was the first brand I ever tasted, being a huge Sushi eater when I was a poor student living in Vancouver.. $1.25 for a cucumber roll !!!

I like this particular one, as I learned a few years ago, that my body had a bad response to Wheat Products. I look back and realize all the symptoms that I ignored years prior, or passed on as something else. Now I stay away from wheat and there is so much wheat in sauces and spices that many don't know about, like Soy Sauce.

The taste is just as good, but if you like a really salty Soy Sauce, this isn't. That's what I like about it, as I don't like over salty food. It contains Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt, Brewing Starter. It is good for dipping your Gyoza too !!
