Great Tasting Seaweed & Lunch Idea

I love to eat this as part of my lunch, either with tuna or with Laughing Cow cheese. There are A LOT of individual square seaweed per pack to wrap around the tuna or spread with the cheese. The texture is crispy and a bit oily. The seaweed tastes roasted with a little bit of salt, though not much. Each pack of seaweed contains eight per cent of daily calcium, which is great since I find it hard to get my calcium in each day.

A large pack of these individual portioned seaweed can be found at Costco for a great price. I will continue to buy them.

For anyone who loves sushi this is for you. I absolutely love making sushi out of this, but I also just love eating it raw. Sometimes I'll bring a can of tuna and a pack of seaweed and have that for lunch. It's amazing!!

You can purchase this at Costco. The package comes with I believe 10 individually portioned packages which are only 100 calories each. The price is arouns $10 so it's very reasonable!!

The seaweed is salty and well seasoned. It has a nice crunch and crispness to it. I find the individual packages can be finished in one sitting but what I like is that you get a good amount of seaweed and it keeps you full
