Best lip plumper for a decent price

I found this lip plumper at Marshall's instead of the regular pharmacy retailer, and at that I found it at a better price. It is an effective lip plumper, I notice a difference almost immediately after putting it on. It lasts all day and gives a nice high shine finish. Can be used as a top coat for lipsticks, I would not recommend using it underneath your lip color as it creates a barrier and your lip color will not last.
