Love GTS kombuchas

I love GTS kombuchas. They have a huge range of flavors and are the most fermented/carbonated I’ve tried. They are also carried at so many stores. I absolutely love the lavender one, and the chia versions for when you need alittle snack as well.

I consider myself to be a bit of a kombucha snob, so I was hesitant to try a new brand. When I first opened this I immediately noticed the gingery smell which was really nice. It was very reminiscent of ginger ale but with the health benefits of kombucha and a hint of tonic feel. Very crisp, refreshing and would drink it again

Refreshing

This is so refreshing! Love the ginger and not too sweet. So many health benefits too. When kombucha is fermented it becomes full of powerful antioxidants, making it great for gut health. Kombucha can contain probiotics which are known to support mental health and brain aging. The fermentation process of kombucha can produce organic and amino acids which are needed to support the liver.

A nice mild taste with same punch

Finally I found a kombucha which isn’t overwhelming with a pungent fermented taste
It is smooth and you can still taste the notes of ginger
The effectiveness is still the same despite the flavour not being as strong

Wonderful flavours, shame it's so expensive.

I love ginger and I love kombucha so together they are perfection! Unfortunately the price is the real issue. Given how cheap it is to make kombucha I expect all the expenses are the glass bottle itself.
