Expensive and maybe not worth it.

I used this for my daughter's eczema flare up and it felt like it really moisturized her skin and helped with her skin barrier. That said, she did say it hurt when her skin was super irritated and I did notice it left her trouble spots red. When she wasn't in an active flare up, it worked well enough but between having to avoid it when her skin is extra angry and the higher price point, I didn't feel it was worth buying another bottle when we finished the first one.
