Pretty but not for me

The silky Almond Shimmering Oil absorbs quickly into the skin helping to nourish it and give it a beautiful glow, loved that !! 😍 Although I loved how it looked in the bottle I didn’t see much shimmer on my skin once I spread it evenly. I even pumped it 3 times to get more shimmer but I wasn’t satisfied. The hydration is definitely there but I would have loved to see more shimmer! Regardless it smelled good and was very hydrating but I wish it had more shimmer. I did like that it is rich in fatty acids and omegas 9. You should try it out and see if it works out for you!

Light delight

This is a light shimmer oil and it's perfect for summer. It absorbs quickly and doesn't irritate the skin. It smells delicious and leaves your skin glowy and soft. The shimmer is almost unnoticeable and if you have dry skin you'll need additional moisturization.

Good, but I wish the fragrance wasn't overwhelming

Summer is here and I want my skin to look shimmery and glowing, so I was expecting this to help with that. And, it did! I used this all over my body for a day outing. I liked how you only needed very little (I used a little too much). Unfortunately, the fragrance was nice but a bit overwhelming. Like I said, a little goes a long way. Other than that, the body oil quickly absorbed into my skin with no issues and not as much residue as I assumed I would feel and see on my hands. If you only use a little, this bottle can last a long time!

It's shiny!

I recently tried the L’Occitane Almond Shimmering Oil before heading out on vacation. While it has a lovely scent and feels amazing on the skin, I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t leave the shimmer or glow I was hoping for.

Amazing, smells great but not for me!

This body oil is definitely a little treat for the skin. It absorbs quickly, feels super moisturizing, and leaves a beautiful, subtle shimmer that catches the light perfectly—especially in the sun. The glass bottle packaging is also really lovely. You can see the shimmer through it, and it gives off a luxe, high-end vibe that looks great on a vanity.

The formula is enriched with sweet almond oil, and it really does leave the skin soft and nourished. If you're into body products that make you feel pampered and smell like a warm almond dessert, this one fits the bill.

That said, it’s not quite my cup of tea. The fragrance is pretty strong and lasts a long time—which is a plus for many, but I personally prefer body oils with a lighter, more subtle scent. This one leans a bit too heavy for my taste. But overall, it's a gorgeous product—just not the right fit for me scent-wise.
