Best way to clean baby without soap

Baby has eczema so I didn’t want to use soap everyday during her baths. Discovered this as a substitute to clean her skin while maintaining its moisture in between the days we use soap. So far it’s been great, not drying on the skin. It’s suppsed to clean the skin not sure how effective that is but it hasn’t caused any breakouts
