This was the first Nails Inc. colour I'd purchased and I was SOLD. The colour is a beautiful royal cobalt blue with perfect application. The formula is streak-free and flawless. I wear it often on its own because its so beautiful but you could easily but a pretty top coat on. Cover it with Seche Vite and you are golden. Be careful you don't blind anyone with the shine.
