I received Nair Candy Apple Sugar Wax for free from Chick Advisor for review purposes. I tried this product twice, both times on my legs. The first time, my hair was slightly short, having been shaved a few days beforehand. The wax was not as effective at ripping out my hair as I had hoped, so I waited a week and a half so my hair could be longer before trying it again. On the second try, much more hair was ripped out; however, it still did not remove all of my hair, and it took several tries to take off the hair that did come off. Thus, I would say this product isn't effective at its designed purpose. However, the candy apple scent was divine, the preparation time (30 seconds in the microwave) was quite convenient and the jar does hold a lot of wax, which means you get a good bargain for your money. The jar also came with a wooden stick for application and several strips of material for removal. The wax was very easy to take off from my legs and anywhere else it accidentally touched.

I received this product for free. Forts of all the smell is absolutely delicious. Very sweet. I used this product on my legs and under my arms and I must say for the legs it was very easy to use and worked very effectively. Under my arms it did not work as well. I love how easily the product was to clean up. It just melted away with water from the strips my skin and even the little bit I got on the table. This was very impressive to m compared to other products I have used. I will definitely use this product again however I saw it in stores and depending on where you but it from it can be quite pricey so I am not sure i would purchase this product on my own.

The packaging is really appealing and the wax actually smells so good so i was excited to try it. It had been a good while since i last waxed my legs so the hairs were a good length. I followed the directions for heating and the wax was a good temperature.

I was very disappointed to see how poorly this wax works. Ive tried it several times and the wax has barely taken off anything. Ive tried other waxes with much success so i was very disappointed in the product.

I loved the packaging and I found it to be very inviting, it made me want to try the kit ASAP. I popped the wax in the microwave and noticed the amazing smell of candy apple. Smell is always a huge plus for me when trying products.

I put the wax in the microwave for 30 seconds like the instructions said (which I thought was quick) but it did heat the wax up like it said. I went and tried the kit in the bathroom and was disappointed with the results. My leg hair was long enough but when I applied the wax and used the strips I only saw a few hairs on the strips. I tried the wax and strips multiple times but still the results did not change.

I usually have great luck with waxing kits and was very disappointed with this kit. I will not recommend this to a friend and I will not purchase this in the future.

It did work really well. It was super easy and included really simple to follow instructions in order to gain the maximum benefit of the product.

I think that this wax works just as well as any other Nair product, but smells even more amazing than anything else they have! I would certainly purchase it again or recommending it to whomever.

When I first opened the jar, it smelled INCREDIBLE! There is not a nicer smelling hair removal product on the market! This is coming from someone who is familiar with each and every one! The wax applied nicely but I did find it came through the strip quite a bit. I thought maybe I applied to much but even with the tiniest bit of wax, I found it really soaking right through each strip. I also found that despite the claims that the wax works even on short hairs, I had ZERO luck in the removal process. I was completely disappointed because I loved every other aspect of the wax... but it just did not cut the mustard for me! My hair is not thick, and it was perfect length for waxing. For some reason, my end result was an extreme amount of pain and redness, and a few sparse hairs removed with a vast majority still on my legs! Sorry Nair, I really love most of your products and this one may be fabulous for someone with really fine leg hair, but it did not do it for me!

It wasn't the worst waxing kit I've ever used but then again it wasn't the greatest. Yes it does smell heavenly. Really really good actually. But I found that it was just too sloppy. The applicator didn't do much, it was rather hard to use. It should come with a flatter wider applicator so as to provide a wider smoother coverage along the leg.

The heat up time was as indicated, the 30 seconds worked fine me to heat up the wax thoroughly. I did like the fact that the wax strips were washable. That was a big plus for me. Having reusable strips is a great thing for an at home wax kit. Compared to other kits I've used this one was the most simple but not the best.

It was an ok for me. The applicator brought down everything as a whole for me. I would not recommend this product to a friend.

The packaging was very eye catching and the smell was great! I was a bit disappointed that there was only one applicator included. The wax was ok in effectiveness - I tried it on my underarms and it couldnt take off the hairs even though with other waxes, the hair of same length has come off. However, it was fine taking hair off my legs.

I was soo excited when my Nair Sugarwax arrived in the mail today. Free to try as part of the ChickAdvisor Review Club. I could not wait to try it! I got everything set up. The first thing I noticed that was off was that it took nearly double the amount of time recommended to heat up approx 50 seconds, not the 30 as it said. Than it didnt even work. I followed all the instructions to a T. But no such luck. I got all the pain associated with waxing and even ripped off a small patch of skin, but it just would not take the hairs. I am super not impressed with this and would probably not be trying it again in the future.
