For a good night's sleep

I am occasionally plagued with sleepless night for various reasons - stress, pain, too much caffeine! I really love this product, especially the chewable version because it dissolves quickly and does not take long to work. I find it to be gentle, effective, with no side effects that I have noticed. I love the natural ingredients and feel safer taking this than going for a prescription!

I found the tablets to be tasty and they didn't leave an unpleasant texture in my mouth. I took them as directed on the bottle. As for sleep, I haven't noticed much difference. However, no amount of sleep aid will help when you have a baby who wakes up at night.

It works! It really works!!!

This product was really good. I used it the last two nights and fell asleep and stayed asleep for at least 5 hours after taking the pill. This really beats the one hour I received each night prior to taking this pill. In addition to being effective, the pills taste really good. They have a citrus flavour that is really delightful. It’s both tangy and sweet. I would definitely buy this product in the future because it’s really difficult to find sleeping aids that work.
