I buy this product regularly

I use 2 capsules as soon as I feel the tingle that a cold sore is starting and then the next 2 days I take 1 a day and the cold sore usually doesn't develop. I was advised by my physician as well as a friend, years ago to try L-lysine and have used it since due to the success I've had . I can't always get the Natures Bounty but I do always have L-lysine in my medicine cabinet.

I take 2,000 mg of lysine daily during the winter to prevent cold sore outbreaks. Nature's Bounty is my preferred brand because it is naturally-based. It is good value as well.
