It feels weird when you use it for the first few times, but it does work well. I have allergies so I find it clears out my sinuses for a while.

great product. very practical and very easy to use, clears the sinus and helps you to feel better. lots more people with sinus and allergy problems should be using this because it's very effective.

I was suggested this product by my allergy doctor. It's not like a spray mist. You have to get used to it. It works wonders on your sinus and drainage.

I used this when I had a nasal problem, recommended by the doctor. It's a pretty odd feeling when you first use it, and it takes you by surprise. But no worries, this product does really flush out all the nasties that are clogging your nose!

I was born without the ability to breathe through my nose. I have a heavily deviated septum, as well as underdeveloped nasal passages. I get really stuffed up, and I seem to have sinus symptoms all year long. I pretty much always have a sniffle. My brother has really bad issues with sinus infections, and he recommended Neilmed to me for symptom relief. I got the full kit, and it really does help with my issues. I will never be able to breathe through my nose without surgery, but it gets rid of the pressure and stuffed up feeling, and I love it when I have a cold. I also like that now I only have to purchase refills, as the bottle is reusable.

While this did go through my nose, it did little to alleviate my plugged nose. Just another gimmick.

I use this all the time. It is way cheaper than sinus meds and seems to work just as well. It takes some getting used to when running the water through your sinuses, but once you get the hang of it, it is ok. Helps to clear out the sinuses so you can breathe better. I find it works well for awhile, but is only effective for a short time. It is good when used in conjunction with other meds. Also works well when you have a cold.

Love this stuff when I have a cold or sinus issues. Better than any other cold product available and it's fairly natural. Too pricey though- they need to supply the refill packets in boxes of less than 50 or 100.

Neilmed is a wonderful brand. Often times on Facebook they offer free versions of their products sent right to your door.
