Helped with Cravings

I didn’t mind the taste or texture of the gum, I chew regular gum very often so it was hard to remember to chew slightly then use it sublingual and repeat. It did help with cravings in the moment, not sure if it was because of the nicotine or the mindfulness of doing something other than smoking or the intention of replacing a cigarette. I am not sure if I just wasn’t ready to quit at this moment, I did before for 2 years and it was harder than any other substance I have quit. I would love to be a non smoker again so hopefully I can find something that works in the future when I am fully committed to quitting

Too expensive, but helpful

It does help with the aggravation that comes with nicotine withdrawal. The flavour isn't too strong, meaning it's bearable to chew, for the recommended time.

Get a prescription instead

Reviewer claims the product is it strong enough and very expensive to buy in a pharmacy. Would recommend an actual prescription for more long term effects.

Game changer

A nice fruity flavour that isn’t too sweet with a hint of freshness makes the gum very enjoyable to have when you’re craving nicotine. Nicorette makes the biggest difference when quitting vaping cold turkey, I’ve always went back to it once the withdrawal symptoms would appear, the gum is a game changer.

I was lucky enough to be selected to review the Nicorette 2 ml gum. I found it did help with keeping the cravings down, but I had a hard time getting past the taste. Best alternative

Really like this alternative. I chew it to quickly release nicotine when im craving it. After, I leave it on my gums and it continuously releases nicotine over an hour. It has reduced my cravings a lot when I’m trying to quit. Over the next few days I slowly eat less and less pieces. I didnt even notice it but over time I stopped reaching for a one until I actively think about it

I've never tried the gums for quitting smoking but I know people who have, they've said it's gross, doesn't work etc. I received the Nicorette Gum for free in the mail and the first cigarette craving I had I decided to try it out, I was so surprised that it alleviated my craving right away and tasted really good. If I had coupons or found it on sale I would buy it, However at full price it's a little much for me, I would recommend it though for those that can afford it or if people find it on sale. There is also a few flavours to choose from which is awesome!
