If your trying to quite it helps to chew nicorette gum

This is used to help quite smoking cigarettes or Tobacco products. It gives you nicotine to help cravings and keep you from smoking. It is best to quite cold turkey but nicorette gum helps if you need some help quitting smoking.

Just recently I’ve stopped smoking with the help of Nicolette gum 4 mg/2 mg. I was quite surprised to see how well they helped with my nicotine cravings.
The gum comes in a variety of flavours but I found that the “extreme chill” mint was donuts favourite and that it seemed to last the best.
I would recommend this too anyone as a stop smoking aid. When I started I used them with the patch and then just these. They worked amazing. Very cosy efficient.

Ibe tried the gum in the past and was not a fan of the taste it left behind. But these were really good and saved me during some/several moments of weakness.

I still needed a cigarette just because of habit...the gum took away the edge of the craving for sure .. when I am actually 100 percent ready to quit I would definitely use the gum to help with the cravings. it didn't taste horrible like I expected it to. its actually refreshing. I would recommend it to people trying to quit! tha is for giving me the opportunity to try it!!

Not for me

I am looking for ways to quit smoking but as a light smoker, i found the gum to be too much for me. I also am not sure about replacing one item with another because then I still need to give up the gum. Might work for others, but this is not an item I will be trying again.

Good alternative option

Good healthier alternative option quitting nicotine addiction, a little bit pricey considering the fact that you would require it's use most likely not just once, but easy on your organism with taste of a regular gum

I've been smoking for 6 years, about half a pack a every 2 days, so not very much. But when i trialed the Nicorette gum i didnt bother smoking that whole time i tried it! It tastes good, but can make your gums hurt if you chew a lot of it. The sample i used came with a 5 dollar off coupon as well. Since using the gum i started smoking again, but i plan on purchasing Nicorette again when i'm ready to quit!

They made me gag. You are instructed to chew a few times and then house it between your cheek and your teeth. Ugh, it is like licking a tabacco farmer's nicotine-stained dentures. It made my stomach upset and I found them revolting.

Tried the fruit flavored Nicorette gum 2mg and then the 4 mg good tasting gum ,found the flavor not last long at all ,it didn't stop my cravings what so ever ...Also left a bad taste in mouth bad aftertaste a thumbs down for this one .
