It gives me a very Quick and almost instant relief. I like the taste. I didn't enjoy the burning sensation that comes when you spray in the mouth. Even if the burning sensation dissappear after a few second the discomfort is still a issue for me.

Thanks to butterly and nicorette, i was able to try the quick mist in fresh mint, to help curb my cravings! I quit smoking prior, for about 4 and a half years (after smoking over 15 years). I am back on my quiting journey, with the help of nicorette quick mist. I find it takes the cravings down to a more manageable level, the taste is oddly refreshing, it feels like i just put a mint strip in my mouth after having a smoke! I found the box helpful as it advises that it can be used in conjuction with the nicoderm patch, which is what i used the first time i quit. I found the quick mist worked instantly to alievate my unmanageable cravings. My one and only quam is the spray design. It requires you to push in a tab, then push up, in order to be able to despense your quick mist relief. I eventually got the hang of it, after a few times being unable to activate the dispensor and a couple times pushing the dispensor down into safety mode without getting a mist out. This was super frustrating, especially as i was already adgitated due to a craving. After awhile i did get the hang of it and the frustration was no longer there, thankfully!

The taste was OK. Maybe if it was a better flavour I would like it but the taste of peppermint was a little bit too much and I did not enjoy it. I wish it was fruity.

Great product

The taste was pretty good and it did curve my craving I smoke about 10 cigarettes a day and this has minimized my smoke cravings down to 6 a day I have only recently started using it for 3 days now

Have been using this products for a week now and am liking it. Cravings are not so bad and the taste is not too bad. I would definitely recommend getting this if you want a bit of help.

Works alright and delightful taste

I felt the effectiveness of the product mildly, the taste was nice and fresh. I find items like these don’t work as well because a lot of the addiction comes from the action of putting like a tube to your lips and inhaling etc.
