It tasted ok for about 12 seconds.. the second I swallowed I instantly tasted the nicorette and then ended up throwing up.. I would never purchase again

cravings gone!

this has for help me slow down with cigarettes and i hope soon to quite it all. my craving have slowed right down. i dont crave as often as i once did.

Fast and effective

Very fast acting and curbs cravings effectively. I've never used this type of product, but it is definitely a good option, and quick and discrete. The dispenser could be smaller.

Has a good taste - would help curb cravings!

This product has a good taste, and would definitely help curb cravings when quitting, or trying to quit smoking. The price is a bit high, but I do think it would be worth it! It helped me with my cravings when I wasn't able to have a cigarette.

Ok but....

My boyfriend tried it and said that it really helped him with is smoke crave but it has à really bad taste. If it tasted better he would use it for quiting smoking for good.

I love this! Finally there is something that feels like you can quit. I found i usually failed because the hand to mouth habit was 80% of the battle. This still gives you that while replacing the need to light a smoke. Definitely recommend!
