I would really, really, really not recommend because it really , really, really did not work. I would not purchase this item and I would not encourage anyone else to purchase this item either.

Quick craving reducer

This product works great for cutting cravings I use two sprays every 4 hours or so and have cut down my cigarette consumption so much . The mint flavor isn't too minty and doesn't leave a terrible after taste. Packaging is discreet and fits in your pocket. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone trying to quit smoking

This spray is meant to use if you want to quit smoking. It has a very strong Mint flavor to mask the nicotine taste. The mint flavour was a bit much for me.

Tried to quit for a while and tried various methods over a certain period. Nicoretre Mist is easy to use and pocket sized bottle is convenient to carry around. It worled for what i meeded it to do whicj was curve the craving I had for smoking. The taste was what you eould expect from a nicotine spray. I would recommed giving it a try!! Although i didnt totally quit it has given me hope i can try again and succeed.
