Helped curb craving

This product did help curb my cravings, however I'm not a fan of how the product tastes. I find all of these types of products, leave a weird after taste in my mouth. May try again for quickness, but not regularly

Seems Good

I didn’t get to try this! I had already completely quit before I had received this. I decided my health was more important and just quit without any assistance. When I did get this I contacted Butterly and let them know I had quit and asked If I could send this back but they have a strict rule that items are not able to be sent back.
My opinion about looking at this and the app and reading up about it, it does sound like this could be very effective. Especially because you can take this to work with you and just spray your mouth when needed. It is so innovative that Nicorette has made this wonderful device to help people quit smoking. And to be able to use an app on your phone to record when you use it to also aide in helping you quit is just fantastic. I do wish I had this months ago or even years ago to have possibly help me quit. This is a great tool I think I just didn’t get to use it. So I can’t fully attest to its effectiveness. The burning taste was a turnoff

I'm sure that there are better tasting delivery methods than what this spray provides. It's not pleasant and continuing it's use is like pulling nose hairs. You know it has to be done but there has to be a better option.

overly tingly

Have you ever over-chewed nicotine gum? This is kind of what it felt like for me. One spray wasn't enough, two made me want to throw up. However, if you are not unfamiliar with cessation products, this will rid you of cravings effectively.

Unfortunately this product sadly doesn't work for me, maybe it's mind over matter and you need to be 10000% mentally ready to quit. I may try this product again in the future.

It’s good

I like it it definitely could help some people with their cravings. I recommend trying it for yourself to see if this is the product for you. It helps a lot with dedication and hard work.

Quick Mist Smart Track

it was okay, but man is it pricey! at that point i might at well go back to smoking because it’s about the same. i will say it was a pleasant taste, but it very minimally helped with the cravings. although, this is my experience and it could very well be different for you. id say give it a shot and try it out!

It’s ok

I found the taste to be strong as well as made my tongue a little bit numb. The digital feature is really easy to keep track of the amount of times and how much I am using. If you want to quit smoking you need to have the will to quit but this is a great way to help you along the way.

Fresh spicy taste

This was definitely a better alternative to smoking or vaping. However I felt like the flavour was just a bit too intense for me. After I sprayed, whilst I no longer felt the urge to take a puff, I was busy whining about my mouth. Good luck and hope this works for you. I think I’d prefer a milder flavour. With less bite.

Easy app for all

My husband has been trying to quit for years, the app is quite friendly for someone who is not tech savvy. He said he wished there was a slightly different mint taste to the spray but otherwise he might continue
