Pretty simple to get going. If you don't care to use your phone this may not be for you as it is all linked together. For sure works for cravings. I've used the patch and gum this product works great like those.

It was very easy to keep track of how much I was snowing! I also cut back a lot as I didn’t like the taste so I used it sparingly! I would highly recommend using it if you want to quit smoking!
