I really liked the nicorette quick mist it calms you like a cigarette would take the edge off. It has 150 puffs I was on the gum before but it's not fun chewing all the time so I find this very convenient

So very helpful!! It helps with the urge to vape and it even deters you from it. paired with the app it keep you on track and accountable. What a great ally in a pretty uphill battle!

This product is small and sleek.
It's easy to carry and have handy.
It does sadly give me the hiccups which is good and bad. Makes me want to use it less for sure! Which might just be a win?
