Not bad tasting at all, there are multiple flavors and it's super easy to mix and drink. It has vitamins and and zinc. It's also got potassium which helps with next day revitalization.

No days wasted is the perfect name for this product because I woke up feeling good, energy wasn’t low and I wasn’t dehydrated. I could definitely see myself fitting this product into my daily routine especially during the nights where I’m out socializing with friends, having some drinks and have plans the next day!

Made a difference!

During the holidays I of course had a few late nights with heavy meals, cocktails, and rushing from gathering to gathering. Usually this takes a huge toll on my body, especially my digestion and sleep quality. Taking DHM I definitely did notice a difference! I would not say it fully prevented me from feeling poorly the next day, but I know what it feels like when I DON'T take it, so this was significantly better. I was able to be up and productive the next day, more so than if I had not taken it. I'm convinced enough that I would definitely buy another package of these when mine runs out.

I think it’s a different and something I would use. I did wake up feeling good but idk if it’s the actual product that helped, bc I wake up days feeing good already. But I will use it more to see if it does work
