Best way to start the day

I tried all 3 flavours from the NoDaysWasted Hydration Replenisher pack and they were all so good! My favourite one was the strawberry pineapple, you could really taste the fruit which I enjoyed. These hydration replenishers do not taste salty like some other brands I’ve tried. Great mixed pack to try 3 flavours!

Effective and affordable hydration solution

I am pleased by my first exposure to No Days Wasted! This product is great for busy lifestyles, where you need to be well-hydrated in order to function at your best. I like that it’s under $20 and is easily available at local Walmart locations. It’s especially good for weekends, when maybe you drank more alcohol than you should have the night before :)

Delish and replenishing

This has a familiar vibe to another brand but the flavours are better and controlling the strength I find is easier to do. They’re all great flavours but I love the watermelon lemonade the best! Hydration is important and it’s easy when you find something you can enjoy. I love that it’s Canadian made and owned too - big plus!

i normally don’t like flavoured electrolyte drinks but this has added benefits with enriched flavours that enhances that hydrating factor. it’s best to use it before going to bed for maximum results!

Takes 10 seconds

Tried another hydration, electrolytes drink mix! Takes 10 seconds to make, and takes care of my daily hydration needs. 3 flavours in a pack (3 packettes per flavour) and they tastes good. Enough flavour to fill my Stanley cup. Best of all - made in Canada!

Seems to work but no instructions for use

No Days Wasted DHM Blend is an herbal supplement meant to ease next-day dehydration, sometimes due to having a fun night out. DHM, along with key actives - L-Cysteine, Milk Thistle, and Prickly Pear - help your natural liver enzymes break down acetaldehyde - which is the toxin that alcohol turns into that contributes to you not feeling well the day after drinking.

Each package comes with 4 "pocket ready packets" and each packet contains 2 capsules.

The recommended dose and only instructions on the package reads as follows: One capsule one time per day. Take with water and do not take on an empty stomach. Their website however, instructs to take two capsules (one packet) after your first couple of drinks.

My honest review:

I honestly do think that I felt better than I would have had I not used this. I tested this at a house party so I had quite a bit to drink and got home late. The next morning , I didn't feel sick, have a headache or tummy issues which can sometimes occur after I've been drinking. I was mostly tired due to getting to bed late. This product can not replace sleep and water. Make sure you are still drinking water and hopefully getting some sleep!

I bought this online on the Walmart website and it came within a few days so you could potentially order on a Wed/Thur for a Saturday night. I tried to find it in store but it wasn't available in any stores in downtown Toronto (maybe people were prepping for the holidays?). When asking the pharmacist, they said that it should be available in the pharmacy section if it were available at your store.

Room for improvement:

The lack of instructions on the packaging was frustrating. Also, the packet information is wrong. The package says take 1 capsule yet there are 2 in each packet. And upon a further investigation, the website says to take 2. I expected information on when to take the capsules to be on the package and not have to go searching for it - which by the way, I just found now and not on the night I needed the information because it was hard to locate the information even with extensive searching.

The packaging seems excessive. I suppose because you are meant to take this while you are out, it makes sense that the two capsules are individually wrapped but it still seems like an awful waste. They also come in a larger size in a jar which seems a better solution long term.

Overall, I am happy with the results of this and very happy to have gotten a chance to try No Days Wasted DHM Blend!

Love the added benefits

Me and my best friend ended up taking this to Korean bbq and it was easy to put a bunch in my purse and easy to put in our waters. It ended up tasting like juice which was really nice and we loved how it kept us hydrated throughout eating which was an added benefit.
