NOMA 300W Portable Power Station
I have had a few powerstations or USB powerpacks and they are always so handy, especially when travelling. This one though, is massive in capacity at 300W, so not ideal for a backpacking trip and more ideal for a camping/cottage trip or as a source of backup power.
We live in the country and when the power goes out this will be helpful for quickly charging our phones and even running a kettle with the 120V power plug output.
It has multiple charging options: two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, and a wireless charging pad on top—super convenient!
It is also equipped with an LED flashlight, 12V DC car output, and has 100W solar input support too. The display shows the power usage, battery levels, and which outputs are currently in use.
All in all, this power station is a smart, versatile, sustainable choice for backup power, and I’m really excited to have it as part of our setup. Highly recommend!
Power on the go!
I didn’t even know this is something I wanted! Thank you Canadian Tire & Butterly for sending me the NOMA Compact Portable Power Station free in exchange for my honest review!
We took this power station to the test and brought it everywhere… hubby took it to work, we took it on road trips, it would be great for camping too!
It charges devices quickly with two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports and a 15W wireless charging pad so all of the devices can be charged at once. There are 3 ways to charge it - wall charger, solar charger and car charger. I love that its a great source of backup power to have at home in case of emergencies.
GAME CHANGER
I am actively outdoors all year long and having a reliable source of power is not talked about enough. Camping trips can go wrong, the power can go out, long road trips navigated by an online map requires power and it’s also the peace of mind that comes along with it. The solar feature though, WOW. This has you covered even when you forget the phone charger altogether! Charges my devices in record time and it charges fast itself! LOVE THIS POWER STATION and it really is portable!
Easy to use, perfect for emergencies
I was actually on the lookout for a portable power station since Toronto can randomly get power outages if it's too hot, too cold, or too windy. It's pretty cool how you can select which ports to use since they each have their own "power button". It's pretty easy to use and the displays show you everything you need to know. It will tell you how much you are outputting ,and how much charge the power station itself has. I tested this with my phone and found it charged pretty quickly. It even has a little LED light in the front in case of a black out.
I would say that it's not the lightest, but it is a giant battery so I can't say I mind. I think they should try having it come out in some cute pastel colours and it would be flying off the shelf.
Little powerhouse
The power unexpectedly went out the other day and I had a big project due and was panicking as my laptop was about to die. Then I remembered I had this little powerhouse and plugged my laptop right in! It allowed me to finish up my project without having to worry about when the power would come back on.it also has a lot of really cool features I’ve yet to explore! This would be great for camping!
Powerful & Reliable!
The Noma Compact Portable Power Station is such a great option; it's small, compact, powerful and competitively priced. I don't know why my end of town is constantly subject to power outages, but this thing gets me through every outage without a hitch. Great for charge essentials (heat, phones, etc.). My brother is going to make great use of this in the summer when he heads north camping. Great investment!
Able to charge lots of devices
It's a great portable station. Heavy but not too much. The device has handles to carry it. We tried almost all ports. The power station was able to keep our 55" TV on, the Bluetooth speaker, the fan, the laptop and other devices. The screen tells you how much energy is left and for how long. I'm happy finally to have a wireless charger for my phone (Android). The wireless way charges slowly but if you want to make it faster, there are 2 regular USB-C output ports. So I just put my phone on the wireless pad and it connects automatically. The only thing that did work out with this power station was our kettle because it needs more than 12A to operate. The power station is easy to charge. I do it from home and it takes a few hours to complete. The power station also features LED flashlight in 2 levels of brightness, which is cool if you're camping overnight. I'm happy with this NOMA portable station. I think every household needs one just in case.
I didn’t know I needed this in my life!
I’ve never seen my husband so excited for me to get something in the mail! After spending a total of 10 days without power this winter in 2 very bad storms we are very excited to own this in our future ! Not only will this insure that my basement doesn’t flood because we can hook up our sub pump but we will also be able to heat our home. So far we have been able to charge our phones outside. Used outside to avoid running long extension cords when doing chores. I also own a small business and never have the option to charge my debit machine and phone at events and this summer I will be able too! This is a non expense way to make life a little easier that we hadn’t thought of before !
