I absolutely love this 2-in-1 which can be used in diffuser as well as for muscle relief. The aroma of this sweet and spicy note fills the room beautifully, creating a spa-like experience. It has the perfect blend and the scent is not too overpowering which is good. It creates such a relaxing atmosphere. Also, my experience of using this with a carrier oil has been positive.
