DIRECTIONS: For topical (on skin) use, carefully dilute a maximum of 5% Muscle Zen™ oil with a carrier oil or lotion prior to use. Apply dilution to desired areas prone to tension (hands, shoulders, back, etc.) for a soothing massage.

J'ai testé l'huile essentielle Muscle Zen™ de NOW Foods et je suis vraiment satisfaite de ses effets. Son parfum est agréable et apporte une sensation de fraîcheur immédiate. Après l'application, j'ai ressenti un soulagement rapide de mes douleurs musculaires, notamment après le sport. J'apprécie également sa composition naturelle avec des huiles essentielles comme la menthe poivrée et l'eucalyptus, qui procurent une sensation apaisante. Je recommande cette huile à toute personne recherchant une solution naturelle pour détendre les muscles fatigués !

It isn’t my favourite time of year (I hate the cold!)
But I do love the coziness of being inside and relaxing!
I was lucky enough to get to try @nowfoodsofficial Muscle Zen Oil Blend this week and incorporate it into my self care routine.
This blend can be used both topically with carrier oil or as aromatherapy.
I love the soothing effect it has on me when adding a few drops in the diffuser.
It has hints of peppermint, eucalyptus, ginger, blue tansy, clove bud, black pepper, and wintergreen that is perfect for a pick me up in this dreary winter weather.
I mixed some with coconut oil and applied on my calf and nexk muscles after an intense workout and felt immediately relaxed.
Hoping I can now convince hubby to let me try it on him! 😆

Nice product I recommend
I love the product. I ised it for my husband because he needs it after gym. The muscles are so hurt that this oil become a must have. I blend it with almond oil and make massage. Also I use it for my diffuser. Very nice pleasant smell.

A great multi-purpose oil
I love the Now essentials oils because of the scent throw, ingredients and the multi-use capabilities of many of the oils. This Muscle Zen blend is great to use in a diffuser or topical use for aches and pains.
